i.e... wallpaper Limited Trading Terms
Welcome to i.e... wallpaper Ltd ("We, "Us" or "i.e... wallpaper"). Please note that You, ("You" and "Your") as a purchaser of Products made available through i.e... wallpaper ("Products") and Your use of products provided by i.e... wallpaper is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Purchase of Products You must be 18 years of age to purchase Products from i.e... wallpaper. Please read these Terms carefully prior to indicating your acceptance. When you have understood the Terms, please complete the registration and order the Products.

Samples
Samples will be sent by first class post. We offer a full sample service. We strongly advise that you order a sample prior to ordering your wallcovering as colours can vary depending on the pc used. Please therefore use the i.e... wallpaper sample service. Although we do not charge for samples there is a small delivery charge of 50p per sample.

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the means stated. Orders are accepted on the condition that Products will be supplied at the price ruling on despatch. Shopping online with i.e... wallpaper Ltd is a hassle-free experience but also one that is completely secure and protected against fraud or similar concerns. i.e... wallpaper use Barclaycard’s Merchant Services, which have built in security. Your details are not captured or made available to anyone and your credit card details are encrypted so that no one can possibly have access to any of these details.

Delivery
Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses is £12.95 (inc. VAT), but certain wallcoverings will be charges at different postage rates, please refer to our carriage charges page. For all deliveries outside the UK mainland, please email enquiries@interiors-europe.co.uk or call 00 44 (0)20 8549 4321 for a carriage quote. Delivery will normally be within four working days from order. If any Products are out of stock You will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to i.e... wallpaper by You with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
Refunds cannot be given by i.e... wallpaper Ltd for either wallcoverings or adhesive ordered, therefore it is imperative that you ensure that the quantity of wallpaper you order is correct. In the event of a fault please return the wallpaper to us with the labels. Please do note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. You should only hang 3 drops before reporting a fault, please contact us immediately if a fault is found so that we can send out replacements if necessary. If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Please do note that you should check all wallpaper Products for faults before and during hanging. Health and Safety
i.e... wallpaper Ltd makes available in good faith information about its Products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that Products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. Any information and advice given should not of itself be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under Health and Safety legislation. If You are not already in possession of information concerning the safe use of the Products or You become aware of any risk to health and safety, You should contact Us.

Sale of Goods
All Products are believed by i.e... wallpaper Ltd to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to i.e... wallpaper immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by i.e... wallpaper in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to i.e... wallpaper. The liability of i.e... wallpaper will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

General
Your purchase of Products for i.e... wallpaper will be a contract made in England and under England Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to You. Your rights are unaffected. i.e... wallpaper can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the i.e... wallpaper site or by notifying You by e-mail. Further purchase of Products after such posting or notification constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your Local Laws
Use and import of Products by You are subject to Your own customs, policies, clearance and any fees and You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of import. No warranty is given by i.e... wallpaper as to the legality of the Products at the location where they are received. April 2005.

To help to understand the needs of our customers and improve service, your responses to questions and other data will be held on our database. Customer's data stored on i.e... wallpaper’s secure server complies with statutory requirements. This data is not made available to any other company.
We endeavour to protect the information you provide and there are various security procedures that have been put in place. Our servers can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
