Background on the owners
Jay has recently had a kidney transplant, after suffering from kidney failure in 1999, and so is not as active as she used to be. Along with a tricky divorce and all her charity work single mum Jay has not had enough time or money to sort things out around the house. Jay's sister Judy thinks it's time she got some help so the 60 Minute Makeover team have stepped in!
Ibi’s Bedroom
This room is not a very cool space for a teenage boy to sleep in and hang out with his mates. Kathryn goes for a sleek bachelor pad theme that will grow with Ibi. Raspberry Ladies Galore wallpaper looks trendy and masculine on the feature wall and picks out the colours to a tee in the bespoke artwork painted by our artist. A sleek black open wardrobe and metal bed teamed with a modern desk add a contemporary twist. A black rug, simple crisp white blinds and lots of funky gadgets complete the teenagers new haven
