1.1.1 Painting and decorating is widely thought of as something anyone can turn their hand to. However when it comes to high quality commercial decorating companies, there are very few who receive repeat business, which suggests that there is very low customer satisfaction. Our reputation and expansion over the past 8 years has been built on repeat business! Why?

1.2 First and foremost the company has been built around the experience and knowledge gained from working with some of Europe’s premier developers and contractors. This has enabled Interiors Europe to tailor its management and working systems to utilise and reflect the best practices in the industry.

1.3 We are told by our clients that the reason we receive their repeat business is that we are always very responsive to their needs and consistently deliver the highest quality work on schedule and on budget.

1.4 The Company Organisation Chart demonstrates our philosophy of providing clients with strong, management led teams of decorators. Each supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, quality and programme success of individual projects.

1.5 In order to ensure the highest standard of skills and workmanship on all projects, Interiors Europe Limited require that all its decorators are either City & Guilds qualified or have a minimum of 10 years experience with references.

1.6 We have an established team of 40 decorators, 10 of whom are experienced in hanging all types of wall coverings from domestic to wide width vinyl’s and Japanese silks. We also have a qualified sprayer, a french polisher, as well as two tapers and jointers. We believe Interiors Europe is able to offer an enviable and unique level of service to our clients.

1.7 For several years Interiors Europe has entered into a contract Partnership with ICI Dulux for the supply of all paints, together with Tektura, Muraspec and Dixon Turner, for the bulk supply of wall coverings. These partnerships not only ensure comprehensive technical support and advice but also very competitive prices and good after sales service for our clients. In return ICI Dulux and the wall covering manufacturers promote Interiors Europe as an approved installer of their products (which includes being added to Architects preferred installers specifications).

1.8 Over the past seven years Interiors Europe Limited has established itself as a premier decorating company, completing projects for numerous clients of quality, as indicated on the Commercial Client Base.

1.9 The ‘core’ market of Interiors Europe is primarily high quality commercial office, leisure and retail projects ranging from £5,000 to around £100,000 and normally carried out on a fast track programme. This type of project requires careful planning and management which Interiors Europe is fully geared up to provide through its unique expertise and project management methods.
